Damaged or Defective Products

If your item arrives damaged or has a manufacturing error, we offer a free reprint or refund.
To request one:

  • Report the issue within 30 days of delivery
  • Provide a clear photo of the problem

No need to return the damaged product

Returns and Exchanges

All our products are made to order. As a result, we do not support returns or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect size or color ordered
  • Change of mind

Undeliverable Orders

If an order is returned to us due to an invalid or undeliverable address, we’ll refund the product price only. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
